JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Desire to work with school-aged children with disabilities.
•Instruct students with disabilities.
•Collaborate with other educational support staff, related service providers and administrators.
•Regularly communicate students' progress/needs to staff.
•Communicate with teachers and school administration on student issues, as needed.
•Participate in school faculty meetings and staff development workshops offered by the district.
•Enforce and uphold all District and Program/Building policies, rules, and regulations.
•Perform other duties assigned.

SETTING:
•Small group or individual support opportunities.
•Work with seasoned support staff!
•Excellent school and district support!
•No prior experience required but helpful.

Salary: $14.30 to $21.47 Per Hour

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
•Able to secure or currently have Maine Educational Technician Authorization.
•Meets Federal and State requirements.
•Be a collaborative team member.
•Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or higher.
At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Associate degree preferred
Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
