Job Description
Counselors will provide the following DIRECT student services: Develop and implement school counseling core curriculum through instruction and group activities Individual student planning via assessment and advisement Responsive counseling and crisis services for individual, small-group, classroom, cohort, and school-wide
Counselors will provide the following INDIRECT student services: Consultation in which the counselor shares strategies supporting student achievement with parents, teachers, other educators and community organizations Collaboration with other educators, parents, and the community to support student achievement Referrals that support students and families to school or community resources for additional assistance and information

Job Requirements
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in School Counseling and 075 Certification Previous experience - PREFERRED but not required Evidence of initiative and self-direction, especially in communicating with students and families Ability to provide support to the Building Administration
At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Master degree preferred
Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
